Dip & Drip — Ocean Plunge + Community Sauna

Join Perch Sauna for a Dip & Drip session at the Davenport Roadhouse — an afternoon of cold water, warm heat, and good company right on the Santa Cruz coast.

We'll dip at 11am, gathering at Davenport Beach (just across from the Roadhouse) for a guided community cold plunge in the Pacific. Bracing, invigorating, and best done together — all levels welcome, no plunge experience required.

From there, we'll move into a communal cedar sauna session to bring the warmth back. Come for the plunge, stay for the sauna, or do both — move between the cold, the heat, and the fire at your own pace. No plunge? No problem — you're welcome to skip the cold water entirely and just keep cozy in the sauna.

Between sessions, keep warm by the fire, enjoy hot cocoa and mallows by Gelatin Glow, swap stories with fellow plungers, and enjoy a complimentary refreshing beverage from Best Day Brewing.
